March 21st has been the day that is promoted as “The White Mans March” as well as for displays of support, and locally that was no exception.

Harrison and Branson areas received some attention in the form of banner displays, and even a truck with the message “Diversity is a codeword for #Whitegenocide”. Thumbs up, waves, and honks of support encouraged those who participated.

Unlike protests and marches by other groups, these have been peaceful, non violent events that do not require a police presence. Quite a difference from protests in racially diverse or minority majority areas, isn’t it?
